Built-in Browser ================= JEditor includes an embedded web browser, allowing you to browse documentation, search the web, and view web content — all without leaving the editor. Navigation ----------- The browser provides a full navigation toolbar: - **URL / Search bar** — Enter a URL or search query directly - **Back / Forward** — Navigate through browsing history - **Reload** — Refresh the current page - **Stop** — Cancel loading the current page Search ------- **In-page search:** - Press ``Ctrl+F`` to open the in-page text search - Find text within the current web page **Web search:** - Type a search query (not a URL) in the address bar - JEditor will search using the configured search engine (Google by default) Browser Tabs ------------- You can open multiple browser instances: - **Tab menu** — Add a new browser tab (WEB Tab) - **Dock menu** — Open a browser as a dockable panel - **Stack Overflow tab** — Dedicated tab that opens Stack Overflow directly Download Tracking ------------------ The browser includes a download tracking window that shows the progress of file downloads.
